Next Level Wellness was born out of the modern necessity to reconnect to nature’s infinite wisdom in order to take advantage of evergreen low-tech solutions for modern high-tech situations. We believe that science has not created anything better than nature and by connecting to Nature’s compass, we can adopt a holistic approach and take every aspect of our lifestyles to the Next Level. At the center of our philosophy is the belief that everyone can start where they are and move some aspect of their life and health to the next level.
Founders
Next Level Wellness is a true representation of the life that we live together with our dogs, chickens and bees on an urban farm. In partnership for almost three decades, we have traveled the world, trained and competed in multiple competitive sports. We adopted a plant-based lifestyle more than 15 years ago, and became nutritionists and wellness coaches in order to provide training and advice for clients, friends & family. Urban farming and composting lead us to a greater understanding of the innate power of nature and high vibrational foods.
The greatest expression of our learning has been the ability to teach and share a wealth of healthy lifestyle techniques and natural gourmet cooking. Our journey has solidified our connection to nature. We knew that we had to share our Low-Tech approach to a holistic healthy lifestyle with the World to do our part to heal and save this beautiful Earth which we all share. As the Next Level Wellness community continues to expand around the world, our hope is that it remains a compass for truth and integrity, and a guide to overall wellness by way of Nature’s infinite wisdom.
